1. fringy purses, vests etc.
2. bright thick stretchy headband
3. big sunglasses
4. tie die
5. peace jewelry
6. worn out jeans
how:
1. dress in fringy, tie die , and denim clothing
2. accessorize with a head band (worn straight across forehead), sunglasses, peace jewelry etc.
3. Get in the mood and act mellow
