Jelly Beans:
you will need:
1.Big clear plastic bag
2.bag of colored balloons
3.bright ribbon
4.paper and black marker
how:
1. blow up a bunch of balloons
2. cut holes in bag for arms and legs and put on
3. stuff balloons in until it is full
4. write on a small piece of paper "Jelly Beans" or "Jelly Belly"
5. attach paper to ribbon and tie loosely around neck
